Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

Once the seller has been notified the items are packed and shipped with 3-5 working days.  If items arrive and they are not up to standard - email and we can discuss the issue.  If products do not arrive within a week please let us know through email.

 

We will make sure your product is either found, replaced or you will be given a store credit. We refund in store credit or if possible we will replace the product. Some products like bliss bombs are fragile due to the nature of their ingredients, therefore it is difficult to guarantee 100% accuracy with image. All products are free from preservatives, therefore it is important to use within a timely manner, usually 2-3 weeks. Products that have a limited life are identified with shipping.

 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

For most products a replacement will be provided if available. Faulty products will be acknowledge only. No returns - will replace or provide store credit. Otherwise email and we can solve any alternative issues.
